Hello, I am Jimmy Munoz, Director of Food and Beverage for the Holiday Inn Dallas-Richardson. I oversee all food and beverage outlets for the hotel which consist of the 1655 Bar & Grill, Kitchen operations and Banquet/Meeting services. I help the Sales/Catering Department grow businesses in four key areas: prospecting, client relationships, referrals.
