As The Home Loan Whisperer, I am unique in the Mortgage Space in value, options and approach. I have worked in DFW housing and community issues for over 30 years. As a Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA), and Senior Loan Officer, I work with a group of elite realtors to offer them ongoing market strategy, long term planning, and many more choices. My high service approach to client relationships educates and empowers them to manage their biggest asset. Most importantly, being an Independent Broker, I represent 30+ Lenders, and I average 7–12-day closes; which means I have more choices, better pricing, and the fastest closings.
