Sales & Business Development Manager
Dorian Bahr is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the architectural, interior design, and construction markets. This is a key role for an individual with a proven track record of generating leads and securing high-value commercial and residential projects.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the full suite of Dorian Bahr's services, from custom textiles and millwork to our comprehensive design-build capabilities.
What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to grow our client base in North Texas and beyond.

Generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline for our diverse business units: Dorian Bahr Textiles, Dorian Development, and The Millshop.

Present our award-winning portfolio and service offerings to architects, interior designers, developers, and project owners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the A&D industry.

Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience from concept to completion.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development within the architecture, construction, or interior design industry.

Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the A&D market.
