• This is the season to sip tea and share mooncakes during the Mooncake Festival season.
• Watch and listen and the skilled pastry chef's lead by owner, Francisco Teng knock mooncakes in the open kitchen.
• Learn about the centuries old traditions of family and friends gathering, gratitude for life's good fortunes and the rich symbolism around the mooncake from Janelle Teng.
• The mooncakes will be paired with fine tea. Origin stories about the teas will be presented by Stephanie Slentz with the Cultured Cup.
• Tea infused cocktail selection and intension of the paring will be presented by Jeng Chi's Bar Manager, Craig Reeves.
