About the Speaker

As a leadership development expert, Kathy works with senior executives, leaders, professionals, and businesses of all sizes nationwide. With nearly 20 years in business leadership and consulting, and 15 years as a professional development coach, she bring a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience to her client relationships.

Kathy complete her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts at Texas Christian University and earned an M.B.A. at the University of St. Thomas. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (a globally recognized association of professional and business coaches) and is certified to administer a number of professional development assessments.

In addition to her roles as wife, mother of two and business owner, Kathy is an active member of her church and an accomplished soprano. She has been happily married for 23 years and lives in the Dallas, Texas area with her husband, Roger Light, and their two children.
