She is a member of the International Coach Federation (a globally recognized association of professional and business coaches) and is certified to administer a number of professional development assessments.\n\n	In addition to her roles as wife\, mother of two and business owner\, Kathy is an active member of her church and an accomplished soprano. She has been happily married for 23 years and lives in the Dallas\, Texas area with her husband\, Roger Light\, and their two children.\n\n	Kathy's presentation is based on the concepts in her new book\, which is a reflection of her life's work and mission.
