On December 17, 2020 from 5:30-6:30 new & potential home buyers are invited to a Zoom meeting to learn about programs, offered by city and state, that help with down payment assistance & more. The programs may assist with Fixed Rate Loans, Down Payment Assistance, Manufactured Home Financing & Homes for Heroes. You may also qualify for a special tax credit that reduces your federal income taxes.
*Attendees will be entered into a drawing for a door prize provided by Stewart Title Company.*
