Kiwanis Club Member Bill Schaid and Laura Estes Talk about how are YOU dealing with the Pandemic? You are invited to an open discussion on dealing with stress during this difficult time. Topics include: How are employees handling the situation? Dealing with Anxiety? Consequences of Harmful Core Beliefs.

Speaker Laura Lee Estes is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor for Counseling Institute of Texas, Inc. in Garland, TX.    She has her master’s degrees in both education and counseling.   in addition to a certification in Thanatology, the study of death/dying, grief, and loss,  Laura Lee counsels children, teens, families, and adults. Outside of work, Laura Lee leads grief support groups as well as monthly art classes for nonviolent female offenders at the Dallas County Jail. In her free time, she loves to travel plus spend time with friends and her three rescue dogs.
