You are invited to an open discussion on dealing with stress during this difficult time. Topics include: How are employees handling the situation? Dealing with Anxiety? Consequences of Harmful Core Beliefs.\n\n \n\nSpeaker Laura Lee Estes is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor for Counseling Institute of Texas\, Inc. in Garland\, TX. She has her master's degrees in both education and counseling. in addition to a certi cation in Thanatology\, the study of death/dying\, grief\, and loss\, Laura Lee counsels children\, teens\, families\, and adults. Outside of work\, Laura Lee leads grief support groups as well as monthly art classes for nonviolent female o enders at the Dallas County Jail. In her free time\, she loves to travel plus spend time with friends and her three rescue dogs.
