Ace Roman serves as Senior Director of Finance at Granite Properties, Inc. His responsibilities include capital raising transactions and the sourcing and monitoring of financial investments. Mr. Roman joined Granite Properties in 2009. Prior to joining Granite, He was a Vice President of Merrill Lynch Real Estate Investment Banking where he handled corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments for public and private real estate clients. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he worked in the Energy and Power group of UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Roman received a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Cribb Altman is a Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.’s (C&W) Tenant Representative Group. Cribb possesses extensive real estate knowledge advising corporate clients with local and multi-market site selection, detailed financial analysis, and lease and purchase negotiations. Prior to joining C&W, Cribb was a Vice President in the Offices Services Group at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he was a top producer in the Dallas office. He started his business career at Worldwide Express and earned the”Pacesetter Award” for his performance. He was promoted from the Kansas City office and relocated to St. Louis, where he became one of the youngest district sales managers in the history of Worldwide Express.
Nick Clark began his career in Dallas with a firm that owned, leased, and managed 4 million square feet of office buildings. After spending 7 years in leasing and management, he resigned to become the Founder of Common Desk. Common Desk now operates multiple locations across Dallas / Fort Worth and Nick currently serves as President of LExC, an international coworking organization.
The program will conclude with a moderated discussion using questions from the audience.
