Cribb possesses extensive real estate knowledge advising corporate clients with local and multi-market site selection\, detailed financial analysis\, and lease and purchase negotiations.  Prior to joining C&W\, Cribb was a Vice President in the Offices Services Group at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank\, where he was a top producer in the Dallas office. He started his business career at Worldwide Express and earned the"Pacesetter Award" for his performance. He was promoted from the Kansas City office and relocated to St. Louis\, where he became one of the youngest district sales managers in the history of Worldwide Express.\n\n \n \n\nNick Clark began his career in Dallas with a firm that owned\, leased\, and managed 4 million square feet of office buildings. After spending 7 years in leasing and management\, he resigned to become the Founder of Common Desk. Common Desk now operates multiple locations across Dallas / Fort Worth and Nick currently serves as President of LExC\, an international coworking organization.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe program will conclude with a moderated discussion using questions from the audience.\n   \n\nLunch is included.\n\n\n\nThere is no charge to attend this event\, but you must  make a reservation to guarantee lunch.
