Flat Roof Restoration (FRR) is a Dallas-based commercial roof restoration consultancy that uses data to determine whether a low-slope roof should be restored or replaced. We act as both consultant and contractor, providing a single source of accountability from diagnosis through warranty. Our diagnostic process includes infrared imaging, moisture saturation mapping, core sampling, and structural integrity assessment. All recommendations are governed by two non-negotiable criteria: the roof must be structurally sound and below 25% moisture saturation. Approximately 70% of roofs we evaluate qualify for restoration, while the remainder are recommended for replacement with full documentation. When restoration is the right solution, FRR installs an engineered fluid-applied system certified to major industry standards, including fire, insurance, energy efficiency, and sustainability benchmarks. Since 2013, we have restored more than 1.5 million square feet of roofing across warehouses, schools, retail centers, office buildings, and government facilities.
