Our significant presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth region includes our expansive CityLine campus, strategically located on the DART rail line at the dividing line between Richardson and Plano. We broke ground on this campus in May 2013 and completed it in 2016. The campus encompasses approximately 2 million square feet across four buildings. Today, over 12,000 State Farm employees are assigned to this campus, supporting critical functions such as claims processing, underwriting, customer service, and technology operations. This large-scale investment reflects our commitment to the region’s exceptional workforce and innovative business environment.
