Ayurveda, simply put, is taking your yoga practice off of your mat and into your daily life. Ayurveda is the science of creating optimal health. Yoga is the science of attaining peace of mind. Together, they are sister sciences and provide complete knowledge on attaining a life of joy.

Whether you are suffering from digestive challenges, diabetes, anxiety, the daily stresses of life, cancer, or eczema, my intention is very clear: to offer sacred practices while holding space for deep healing, through the understanding of the nidana, or root cause, while offering you nourishment so that you can live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life so that the world is a kinder, gentler, and more compassionate place.
