About Us

Richardson ISD Council of PTAs is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). Council is an umbrella group that connects and supports individual school PTAs across a specific school district or region. Instead of working inside just one school, a PTA council operates at the district level to link local school PTAS together through leadership training, communication, collaboration, and advocacy.
