About Us
With nearly three decades of experience providing strategic PR/marketing counsel and smart, business-impacting strategies for corporations and non-profits – from Frito-Lay to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital to Communities Foundation of Texas – Melissa’s passion is working with B2B, B2C and non-profit organizations to drive positive, business-impacting change.
She has deep expertise providing counsel to C-suite executives and communications leaders on strategic communications planning; brand positioning and “North Star” explorations; market research and strategic implementation; issues and crisis management; and creative, attention-getting programming. Melissa is also an accomplished executive communication, media and public speaking coach.
Melissa has an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee, a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and is Accredited in Public Relations (APR).
She is a Past President of the PRSA Dallas Chapter and South Carolina Chapter of PRSA and previously served on the PR/Marketing Committee Board for the Dallas Arboretum.
Melissa resides in Richardson with her husband, twin college-age boys and rescue puppies.
