GEICO’s expansion in Richardson represents both a return to its Texas origins and a long-term investment in a region known for its exceptional workforce. Since 2024, GEICO has accelerated its North Texas growth with major expansion announcements and new facilities at Galatyn Commons, building one of its largest operational footprints nationwide. Once fully staffed across its three Richardson buildings – totaling nearly 600,000 square feet – GEICO will have 4,000 employees based in the city, supporting sales, service, claims, and GEICO’s rapidly expanding small business insurance operations.
