About Us

My name is Pablo Leon, and for nearly two decades, the kitchen has been my home. I started working at a Mexican restaurant in Richardson when I was just 16 years old. What began as a dishwasher job soon turned into a lifelong passion. Within eight months, I became a cook, and by 2010, I had earned the position of chef.

I graduated from Richardson High School in 2008 and have lived in Richardson most of my life. Throughout the years, I’ve always dreamed of opening my own restaurant — a place where I could share the authentic flavors and traditions of Mexican cuisine that I grew up loving.

One night, after a long and busy day in the kitchen, I was talking with who is now my business partner. I turned to him and said, “Why don’t we open a restaurant?” That simple question sparked everything.

Our vision was clear: to bring our community authentic Mexican food made with quality ingredients, exceptional presentation, and outstanding service — the kind you’d expect from a high-end restaurant, but at a price everyone can enjoy.

Now, that dream has become a reality, and we’re excited to welcome you to experience it with us.
