Reports To:  President/CEO, Richardson Chamber of Commerce
Status:         Contract, Estimated15-20 hours per week
Salary:         $45,000 annually

The Richardson Chamber of Commerce seeks a contract Executive Director to lead Leadership Richardson, an 8‑month civic leadership program that develops community‑minded leaders through immersive exploration of local government, business, education, arts, culture, public safety, social services, and more.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual class recruitment, application, and selection processes
• Manage program budget and curriculum planning
• Coordinate monthly sessions and annual graduation
• Secure program sponsors and session hosts
• Oversee Curriculum Committee advisors
• Prepare reports, newsletters, and PR materials
• Manage website content and email lists
• Support Chamber programs as needed

• Graduate of Leadership Richardson or similar program
• Experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, or volunteer management (3+ years)
• Knowledge of Chamber of Commerce operations
• Strong ties to the Richardson community
• Experience in leadership development and facilitation
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships
