Description
Using your digital presence to your best advantage
Speaker: Kristin Steed, director of communications, Christ United Methodist Church Plano
The Richardson Chamber Women in Leadership Women4Women peer-mentoring program is designed to provide cross-generational professional support to women at every stage of their career. This is a small-group discussion format and spots are limited.
When you can't be out meeting with potential customers in person, how do you use your email, website, and social media to fill in the gap? Kristin Steed has over a decade of experience in connecting with customers through social media. She will discuss best practices for your digital presence, as well as ways small businesses are innovating digitally.
Kristin Steed has been passionately connecting businesses with their social media communities since 2009. Social media is a necessity for not only the big brands of today, but local and small businesses alike. Social media allows businesses a unique opportunity to engage with their customers and find incredible insights into their lives that they might have never known before.
Kristin has been an account manager creating marketing campaigns for her clients, and has managed social media for The Container Store, Dr. Pepper, and Wyndham. She currently serves as director of communications for Christ United Methodist Church Plano.
