Yoga session led by Chrissy Cortez-Mathis, Yoga Alliance E-RYT
Restore your mind and body with Women4Women at our yoga event at The IQ, the Richardson Innovation Quarter. Relax, learn and meet other like-minded professionals and community leaders in a calm, outdoor environment. We will have networking at the beginning of the evening and look forward to relieving stress and gaining energy with a yoga session. No yoga experience required - dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
