Let's get fit together
Join us for a fun exercise to music event, low impact and
safe for all levels of physical ability.
Featuring: Linda Pyeatt, Senior Regional Group Exercise Director at Youfit Gyms
Linda Pyeatt has been in this role for 7 years. Being a group exercise director responsible for 15 clubs across multiple states including: Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, Philadelphia, and Rhode Island. She also finds time to teach approximately 10 classes per week. Linda currently teaches 35 difference group exercise formats among which include: Cardio Kickboxing, MixxedFIt, Zumba, Strong Nation, Insanity, Piyo, Turbokick Live, Pilates, Yoga and Conditioning. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer.Participants will need to sign a waiver when they arrive. Please dress comfortably, no heels and dresses please.
