Recent events have opened the door for conversations about race and racism. Some of us are avoiding the conversation because we feel ill-equipped to have it. For others it feels too painful to talk about. Yet others are thinking it is not their issue to address. Leaders and employees alike are struggling to find the appropriate words, the right answers and meaningful actions to take. Join us for this engaging session to help you navigate these difficult conversations and discuss potential actions you can take to make a difference.
