Becoming your legacy now: Don't wait to live your impact
Registration is closed - the event venue is limited and we cannot accept walk-in registrations at this Quarterly Luncheon. Thank you.Speaker: Natalie Mendez, Executive Leadership Coach | ICF-PCC, CPC | Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Hogan Certified | Everything DiSC Facilitator
If you’re ready to be encouraged, inspired, and challenged to elevate how you think about making an impact and living your legacy, then you don’t want to miss this presentation. Natalie will share stories and lessons learned on her journey from self-doubt to empowerment and from thinking “I can’t” to confidently saying “I can and I will.” Be prepared to leave the session with a renewed, bolder vision of what’s possible for you and all the lives you impact each day - and a plan to bring that vision to life!
Like most women, Natalie Mendez plays many roles in her life. She is a wife, stepmom, daughter, sister, and grandma. Professionally, she's a leadership coach, facilitator, speaker, and business owner. Natalie started her career in 1993 as a matchmaker (yes, that's right, a matchmaker), and since then, she has held roles in retail, resource management, and finance. The challenge throughout Natalie's career wasn't finding another job or achieving another goal; the challenge was figuring out what she was meant to do and who she was meant to be. Like many women, Natalie took a lot of time to match her talents and skills to her passion. Since shifting her focus from achievement to purpose, she has been on a journey to share with others who want to do the same.
Natalie started Mendez Coaching, LLC, in 2019 to support individuals and groups on their journey to becoming leaders who want to live and leave a meaningful impact. She works with people around the globe to define the talents, values, and guiding principles that make them unique and unstoppable! Natalie is a Professional Certified Coach and member of the North Texas Chapter of the International Coaching Federation and believes building community and connection are essential to success. She holds a Master's in Business Psychololgy and is certified in various assessments, including CliftonStrengths, Hogan, Personalysis, and Everything DiSC. In addition to serving her corporate and individual clients, Natalie volunteers her time and coaching to several organizations focused on women and children in need so they begin to see and live their potential.
