Recreate - How to strategize and plan for the future
Speaker: Gayle Anderson, CFO, Kalkomey EnterprisesGayle will share stories from transformative moments in her career when she led teams out of a “we’ve always done it that way” mindset, toward recreating a vision for the future and setting new standards for success. She’ll discuss how she and her colleagues took Match.com from a mid-size company to a billion dollar global market leader, provide insights about how she brought a technology company back to financial health during a global pandemic, and incorporate common themes around strategic planning from her work in the non-profit and corporate worlds.

Currently Chief Financial Officer for Kalkomey Enterprises, Gayle received her MBA from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management and was a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer of Match.com, the Dallas Zoo, and Vice President of Studio Planning at The Walt Disney Company. She also serves on the boards of three nonprofit organizations: Villages in Partnership as Finance Committee Chair, Richardson Symphony Orchestra as Immediate Past Board President, and A Small Miracle Foundation as Board Chair. She lives in Richardson with her husband Phil and their two dogs, and enjoys frequent visits from their two young-adult children.
