"The Power of You !"
Featuring Dr. Jenevieve Hughes, Breast Surgical Oncology, Methodist Richardson Medical Plaza I
About the Program
What does it mean to be healthy, and does it matter? We often underestimate the importance of these questions. From a physician's perspective, we will discuss
-
why living in a healthy way is important
-
how small changes can make huge differences
-
what happens when health is threatened
-
how to take care of yourself or become a caregiver for someone else
Every person has the power to make choices that can lead to a healthier, balanced, and fulfilling life, and we will take the time together to reflect on the Power of You!
