John Garvey cs co-founding Partner of Bland Garvey Wealth Advisors. He joined a CPA affiliate in 1991, and became CEO of Bland Garvey in 2007. His decades-long background in general accounting and his hands-on expertise in various facets of practice and business planning have provided an excellent base from which to develop Bland Garvey, as well as to assist clients with their own business and practice wealth-related planning.
He chairs the school advisory council finance committee at St. Mark Catholic School, serves on the AICPA Investments Committee, and the advisory council for THE BAM Alliance, a nationwide group of investment advisors. He has served on the continuing education advisory board for the Texas Society of CPAs, and the Community Dental Board.
