Richardson Young Professionals Workshop
Featuring licensed life coach Dr. Jayne Gardner
Dr. Jayne Gardner has devoted the last quarter of a century of her professional life to the study of personal transformation as Adjunct Professor of Business and Professional Communication at Texas Christian University, and as an Executive Coach at the University of Dallas, as well as her private practice. In 2008, she graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management with a major in Executive and Professional Coaching. She is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. Highly regarded in her field, Dr. Gardner’s approach to educational, corporate, and personal effectiveness centers around personal accountability and how “changing yourself changes others.”
Dr. Gardner addresses personal professional growth issues that affect productivity, energy and enthusiasm-all of which, in their turn, affect the bottom line of any organization. Dr. Gardner is a sought after public speaker and a principal of The Gardner Institute, a training facility for coaches accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Dr. Gardner created a program called Mindset for Success, which has been used to teach thousands of participants how to remove the obstacles between them and success. Making this shift changes others and ultimately these changes transform their business and personal relationships. Dr. Gardner’s one day seminar, Wired to Win, has shown a 98% effectiveness in helping participants reach their business and personal goals.
Dr. Gardner holds a doctorate, a master’s degree in psychology and counseling and state licensure in family and marriage counseling. She has written numerous magazine and professional journal articles, as well as been published in newspaper columns. She has hosted her own radio show called Wired to Win and was recently interviewed on CNN’s Business Unusual concerning the application of Mindset for Success to the business community.
