Terry Johnson graduated from Auburn University in 1983 with a B.S. in Organization Management and soon joined his family firm, Johnson Industries. At the time the company had annual revenues of less than $1 million, with five employees. In 2001 Terry was named CEO of the company and led it both domestically and internationally through hyper growth and change, reaching annual revenues of $300 million with over 800 associates. His new role with Generational Group includes leading the sales and marketing organization, including its seminar staff, seminar leaders, managing directors, and corporate development. He also assists the firm's president in overall corporate strategic planning and development efforts.
Byron Nelson has more than ten years of experience working in the full range of investment banking services, including providing advisory services to assist small-cap and large-cap companies; in-depth research and analysis to assist companies with their corporate development needs; and closing both buy-and sell-side global mandates, leverage buyouts, and financial restructurings in the technology industries. He is also a participant in the Deloitte CFO Leadership Program for which he is placed in Deloitte's largest TMT accounts for select M&A advisory, strategy and operations advisory, and financial advisory services.
Spencer Sissell received his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Louisiana State University. Before switching on to work at PWC he was a director in corporate finance for Fossil Group Inc.
