About the speakers:
Fernando Marti serves as a Commissioner on the Trade & Investment Commission of Mexico which covers the North of Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Wyoming in the US. ProMéxico is the federal government agency responsible for coordinating strategies aimed at strengthening Mexico's participation in the international economy, coordinating activities aimed at attracting foreign investment and assessing Mexican companies to transition from domestic to foreign territories.
Fernando Marti has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Strategic Planning, graduated from MGSM (Macquarie Graduate School of Management). He has a recognized and remarkable track record in the private sector, non-profit organizations and government, accompanied by a vocation and deep knowledge in strategic planning, business development and management, research, economic and financial analysis, trade agreements, and creation of strategic alliances.
Mikito "Mike" Kiname is president and CEO of Fujitsu America, Inc., the management company of a group of Fujitsu-owned businesses operating in North, Central and South America dedicated to delivering Fujitsu products, solutions and services in ICT to clients in the Western Hemisphere. He has responsibility for the company's regional strategy and direction for the Fujitsu portfolio of business and technology consulting services, digital solutions, computing platforms and industry solutions. Mike reports to Hidehiro Tsukano, head of the Americas region, Chairman of the Board and president and CEO of Fujitsu North America holdings, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Fujitsu America, Inc. Prior to taking on this role in November of 2018, Mike was president and CEO of Fujitsu Network Communications, where he led the company's Optical and Wireless Network products and service solutions business.
Previous to taking on this role, he served as head of Global Marketing for Fujitsu Limited. Kiname-san joined Fujitsu Limited in 1981 and has served in a wide variety of leadership roles during the course of his career. He has spent more than 10 years in Texas to fulfill these roles, and also held several other global leadership ositions including vice president of the Europe Division in the Fujitsu Global Business Group, and CEO of Fujitsu India Private Limited. Mike resides in Texas. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from Waseda University in Shinjuku, Japan.

Jamil Ashour has acquired a diverse skill set thanks to a broad range of responsibilities throughout his career. Jamil started his career as a systems development engineer with Ericsson where he worked with many of the largest wireless operators in the US, Canada and Sweden. With his knowledge of wireless networks he has founded four companies, including his most recent, ExportTek, which refurbishes, reclaims and redistributes mobility hardware and parts to national and international markets.
Jamil received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkley.. He is married and has three children, and enjoys swimming and reading, specifically about human history, micro-biology, natural history and evolutional biology.
