Abstract:
The combined business and marketing experience of the panelists presenting at the May International Concierge meeting represents executives experienced in:
• taking local technology startups public and expanding them internationally,
• growing mid-size manufacturing companies to experience exponential growth,
• co-founding a dental healthcare company purchased by a Fortune 100 corporation,
• growing client companies recognized and purchased by industry leaders,
• making record profit increases in a division of a $15 billion global food company,
• driving growth for some of the technology industry’s most influential global companies,
• developing a leadership program used by universities across the country and
• forming a digital marketing consultancy profitable in its first year with consistent annual growth rates.
Using their real-world experience, the panelists will address how identifying, attracting and converting a target market has changed over time and what works and doesn’t work in today’s world. They will discuss methods and tools used with target markets and the similarities and differences in working within the U.S. versus other countries and how to expand your reach into other countries. The discussion will address making content relevant and measuring results. The panelists will leave time for questions at the end of the discussion.
About the panel:
Kenni Driver, CEO and CMO at Marketing Uplift, has over 25 years as a successful marketing executive, increasing sales, branding companies and gaining broad awareness for small and mid-size B2B and B2C companies and their products nationally and internationally. Kenni has worked fulltime and on a contract basis to set and execute strategic plans and grow revenue in companies in various industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare and education.
Kenni founded Driver Public Relations and has helped take two companies public and completed mergers with industry leaders. She has successfully launched over 25 software products, spoken at national and international industry events and authored best-selling books published by Prentice Hall and Scott Foresman. Kenni's content has won the platinum and gold Hermes and MarCom international awards.
Lea Ellermeier is the co-founder and CEO of REPLICATE Dental Technologies, the developer and manufacturer of the REPLICATE System (
www.replicatetooth.com), a new approach to tooth replacement. Prior to joining RDT, Lea co-founded and served as CEO of Lingualcare, Inc., a Dallas, Texas based dental technology company that developed and marketed disruptive technology for the mass customization of invisible, orthodontic braces with operations in the U.S., Germany and Mexico. Lingualcare was purchased by 3M Company in November, 2007. Lea has spent her career in MedTech and software development. She holds a B.A. in Political Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Texas El Paso and an M.B.A. from the
Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ.
Lidwina Van Kooten is a marketing and strategy expert skilled in business-building and growth-driving management. She is currently VP of Marketing at Smithfield Foods, where she recently drove the Farmer John division to a record 400% increase in profits. Lidwina’s track record of success includes increasing profitability, market share and brand awareness for top companies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Campbell Soup, Nabisco, Unilever and IRI. Lidwina is a recognized/multiple-award-wining innovator and turnaround specialist. Her industry experience includes consumer packaged goods, consultative marketing research, global and domestic brand advertising, as well as data analysis. Lidwina earned an MBA from the prestigious Schulich School of Business at York University (Ontario) and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honors) in Marketing from Queen’s University (Ontario).
Margaret Pacheco has over 25 years of experience in driving go-to-market strategies for hyper growth startups, mid-size companies and large enterprises. A dynamic revenue-driver and deal-closer, she is equally adept at determining growth strategy and orchestrating the execution of it. Margaret has held marketing leadership roles with some of the technology industry’s most influential companies, including Electronic Data Systems, Philips Electronics and Sun Microsystems in the US and Europe. Currently she is CMO + Head of Business Development for DDM, a global marketing consultancy delivering demand generation strategies, data analytics and account-based marketing to SMBs. She is also on the board of The Global Collective, an international network of boutique PR and marketing agencies, based in London.
Andy Roller developed an award winning leadership program in 2002 at USC in conjunction with their Leadership Center that spread to dozens of universities prior to operating as a "solopreneur" doing leadership consulting and training facilitation based on that program. Andy founded Expio Consulting LLC in 2011 to focus on digital content marketing as it designs and builds websites and plans and executes SEO and social media campaigns for medium-size businesses. Expio was profitable in its first year and continues to grow at an average of 30% per year. Andy, who is married with five children, fronts a rock band called Roller Trio. He holds a BS Liberal Studies/ Music Belmont University, Nashville; and an MA in Global Leadership, Fuller Seminary, Pasadena. In 2011 Andy was honored as an Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Top 20 Under 40 Business Professional.
