Description
Selling and customer service at a distance during and post COVID-19
With travel being limited and more expensive, the selling process and customer service will need to change. Companies will still need to search for, attract, sell to and serve customers from across the city and around the world. How will companies reorganize their selling and customer support efforts to be effective and potentially replace the face to face meetings that we have relied on in the past? What tools will be required? What will the customers be looking for as they re-engineer their supply chains. Hear from sales, marketing and supply chain experts who will provide their views from years of experience on this major paradigm shift.
Featuring:
Don Clark, President, Summit Consulting, LLC
Alejandro Nieto, President, NGE/Global Partner, Simitri International Group
Samantha Soffici, Online Business Development Manager, IBT Online
John Worthington, CEO/President, IBT Online
