Join us at our last HR Committee lunch of the year as we discuss how Richardson companies can receive corporate training grants for their employees. One of Richardson's newest large employers, RealPage, recently received a $1.3 million Skills Development Fund grant for employee skills training with Richland College's assistance. Richland College is seeking more companies to help secure corporate training grants, but most of our local employers are not aware that this resource exists in our community.
Shellie Heard and Juana Leonard of Richland College will explain how companies can apply to receive employee skills training grants, and Todd Strosnider of Associa, a former recipient of the Skills Development Fund grant, will describe Associa's experience.
Lunch is included.
Attendance is limited to HR professionals.
