Inclusive Culture: awareness, action and accountability
How do you support diversity and inclusion in your organization?
Join our speakers for a discussion about how to create awareness and accountability for diversity and inclusion through all aspects of your organization.
Featuring:
Tom Foley, JD, director and founder, The Study
Mandy Price, JD, CEO and co-founder, Kanarys, Inc.

Tom also leads the entrepreneurial program at Paul Quinn College, an HBCU in south Dallas, where Tom has the opportunity to pilot disruptive educational models to enhance the student's opportunities upon graduation.
Tom regularly speaks on gender parity and facilitates workshops for corporations aiming to advance their diversity culture.
Tom is a Fellow for the Dallas Economic Leadership Academy through the Aspen Institute, adjunct faculty at Dallas County Community College, and Of Counsel at Wright Connatser. Tom earned his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. from Colgate University. Tom lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Roopa, and two children.

Mandy's interest in DEI began early in her career when she helped create the division of diversity and community engagement at the University of Texas at Austin as an undergrad. She then held the role of outreach editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. In her previous legal career, she served on the Women's Task Force at Barnes & Thornburg, the board of directors of the Texas Civil Rights Project, as a member of the Diversity Committee at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and as the former president of the J.L. Turner Legal Association, the African-American Bar Association of Dallas. Mandy earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband and two children.

RCC registration/cancellation policy:
Reservations with payment are required. Because of catering requirements, we must charge for reservations not cancelled three days prior to the event. Cancellations after that date can be substituted, please provide name prior to event. On-site registration (walk-ins) will be charged an additional $5. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. On-site registrants (walk-in customers) will be seated based on space availability.
