About the Program
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the sweeping health care reform law passed six months ago by Congress, does not fully go into effect until 2014 or later. The law is complex and hard to interpret. Many of the rules associated with the law are just beginning to be published. And, businesses can expect some of the new taxes to pay for the reforms to be implemented as soon as January 2011.
