The Richardson Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual, Health and Wellness Expo. Presented by Methodist Richardson Medical Center from 10 AM - 1 PM on Nov. 4 at West Coast University. The FREE event informs consumers about products and services available from Chamber members that encourage good health and fitness, increase mobility, address special needs care, nutritional insight, and more.
