Debbie Reynolds holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Texas Purchasing Manager (CTPM). She joined the University of Texas team in 2015. She has more than 40 years of experience in procurement management (10 of those in higher education). Debbie also has prior experiences in budgeting, finance, and operations management. She also holds a certification as a Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP). Debbie provides leadership to the Procurement Management operation consisting of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Travel Services and the One Card Program at UT Dallas. Prior to joining UT Dallas, she served as Executive Director of Procurement at the University of North Texas System after retiring from a 32 year career with the Department of Aging & Disability Services agency.
Todd Gastorf began his career with the City of Richardson in January 2009 as a graduate intern in the Finance Department. In October 2009 he was hired full time as the Treasury Analyst for the Administrative division of the Finance Department. In October 2015 he joined the Purchasing Division as Purchasing Supervisor, and in April 2016 he was promoted to Purchasing Manager. Mr. Gastorf manages the operation of the Purchasing Division and the City Receptionist. Mr. Gastorf holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. He currently serves in the role of Secretary as a Chapter Officer of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex Chapter of NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement.
Jeff Mclaughlin received his BS degree from The Ohio State University and his MBA in International Studies from the University at Texas at Dallas and has worked at Texas Instruments since receiving his undergraduate degree. He has held numerous positions in materials management, procurement, and logistics across multiple business groups within TI. He is currently Director of Engineering and IT Procurement for TI, responsible for the procurement of all non-manufacturing materials and services for TI worldwide, with teams in the US, India, and China. Previously Jeff was Director of Worldwide Logistics and Director of Wafer Fab Capital Equipment Procurement. Jeff has been active outside of TI by: serving as President of the Dallas Ohio State Alumni Association, representing TI on the Junior Achievement of Dallas Board of Directors, currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Women?s Business Council Southwest, and he continues his active participation in the Menttium program, which provides mentoring opportunities to professional women. Jeff has been married for 36 years and has two daughters.
