Chris Walters has been in Community Affairs at DART for 11 years and started with the agency in 2003. He is the Community Affairs Representative for Richardson, Plano, and parts of Dallas including Downtown Dallas and North Dallas. He graduated from Baylor University and lives in Rockwall with his wife and two sons.
