Event Description:
Join us for our second annual Federal Policy Conference & Tour! Our delegates will speak to legislators, attend briefings on important policies and movements in the legislature, and enjoy activities around Washington, D.C. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to advocate for your business and community!

Each registration includes:
  • Dinner on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with reception
  • Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
  • All DC activity-related transportation (airport transfers not included)
  • All briefings at US House, US Senate and US Chamber
  • Meetings with elected officials
  • Activity and lunch on Wednesday
Sponsorship opportunities: 
  • Title Sponsor - $2,500. Title sponsors will receive recognition on our website, event emails and other media; acknowledgement at delegation events and functions; introduction of guest speakers at dinners and special events; and 2 registrations. Only 1 sponsorship available. 
  • Reception Sponsor - $1,500. Reception sponsors will receive recognition on our website, event emails and other media; acknowledgement at delegation dinners and events; and 1 registration. Only 1 sponsorship available.
  • Local DC Transportation Sponsor - $1,250. Transportation sponsor will receive recognition on our website, event emails and other media; acknowledgement at delegation events; and 1 registration. Only 2 available.
  • Dinner Sponsor - $750. Recognition on website and any event emails, acknowledgement at one of the dinners. Only 3 sponsorships available.
