Description
This class will cover the basics of Aromatherapy, as we use it in massage therapy or on the skin. You don't have to practice massage to take this class!
It will cover what oils are best for what, the dilutions that are safe for topical use, how to blend, how to use them properly and safely, and the basics of each essential oil and each carrier oil.
The class will include a kit of oils to take home.
