*Communion Scotch Pairing Dinner Feb 1*

We are excited to announce part one of our exclusive, collaborative dinner series, The Sharing Table, via Communion Neighborhood Cooperative.

 

Thursday, February 1st, we will be hosting a scotch-pairing dinner along with our partners J Gallow and Southern Glazers. We will be serving a 4-course menu, each course carefully curated to pair with a scotch beverage. For this dinner we will specifically be spotlighting Dalmore Distillery.

 

The menu will be as follows:

 

App: Composed Winter Salad (Roasted Beets, Bitter Greens, Apple, Toasted Walnuts, Cherry Vinaigrette)

Pairing: Rob Roy cocktail crafted with John Barr Reserve Scotch

 

First Course: Medallion of Pork Tenderloin with Butternut Purée and Brussels Sprouts

Pairing: Dalmore 12 yr

 

Second Course: Twenty-Four Hour Short Rib with Sweet Harissa, Preserved Orange, and Radishes

Pairing: Dalmore 15 yr

 

Dessert: Cabernet-Poached Pear with “Tobacco” Creme Anglaise

Pairing: Dalmore Cigar Malt

 

Additional cocktails will be available for purchse at our Scotch-cocktail pop-up bar.
