Join us for this week's presentation from Kay Walgreen from RWC/RWCCF. 

Richardson Woman’s Club is a Richardson non-profit that was established in 1955. In addition to learning and social opportunities for Club members, the Club holds fundraising events with the proceeds going toward scholarships to high school seniors and grants to agencies that serve our community.

Kay grew up in Indiana and received a BS degree from Indiana University and worked for an executive search firm in Chicago and then the University of Iowa before taking a 20-year break from the workforce to raise three children. In 1970, her husband, 3 children and Kay moved to Richardson where she became involved in volunteer work in addition to raising their children. In 1986 she returned to the workforce in the Executive Search business. She retired at the age of 80 and has again immersed herself in volunteer work. She currently serves as the Publicity Chair for the Woman’s Club. She is a member of Richardson First Methodist Church and an active member of Kappa Delta sorority’s Alumnae Association. In addition to 3 grown children, a son in law and a daughter in law, Kay has 5 grandchildren
