Fatherhood Leadership Initiative is a Non-profit (501C3) organization
which exist to help fathers overcome the barriers of separation, and parental alienation 
to functionally lead their children.
 
Nick Willis a father of 7, The founder of both, The Fatherhood Leadership Initiative and Detailers of DFW, which is a mobile 0detailing service which provides phenomenal service to resident and businesses throughout the Dallas- FT Worth metroplex. 



Fathers are the corner stone of civilization, statistics support the claim, that fatherhood dilemmas can lead​ to family destruction. The growing rate of many social ills such as poverty, drug addiction, High school drop outs, teenage pregnancy, etc can all be linked to a dysfunctional relationship with the father.
I don’t often hear fathers say, ” I don’t want to be in that kids life”, but I have heard on many occasions.  I’m not sure how to be in the kids life. Many fathers have a desire to connect with their child(ren). circumstances tend to aid in the fathers distance which creates barriers that results in the illusion of disinterest. 
To help fathers work through barriers, we break them down into two primary categories; internal and external barriers, when we invite men into our community we take into account their whole journey, the effects of their experiences as well as traumas and triggers they must confront.
