Topic: Retail Committee and City Council Developments 

The Retail Committee on City Council serves as a body that discusses and recommends laws, serves as a sounding board for potential retail businesses, and works with City staff to develop sound policies to serve our retail community.

Joe Corcoran was elected to the Richardson City Council in May 2021. He grew up in Richardson, and went to Berkner for several years before finishing High School in Boerne. He currently works at Comerica Bank in Retail Bank Compliance. He enjoys the outdoors, and is extremely passionate about urban design and how communities are developed.
