Laura Davis is founder of Ignite HR, a fractional human resource management company. She founded Ignite HR with the purpose of bringing HR expertise to small and midsize companies which is normally only available to large organizations. She holds dual, senior level certifications, SPHR and SHRM-SCP. Laura has served in the human resource field for over 20 years, in a wide array of industries including technology, medicine, construction and professional services. She has been part of well-respected organizations including Snelling Personnel Services, BenefitMall and Park Place Dealerships. Prior to founding Ignite HR, she was Vice President of SuperiorHR where her team was recognized with a Best of Business award by Frisco Style Magazine. She is an expert in efficiently and effectively solving people problems to allow business owners and managers to get back to focusing on growing their business.
