Implementing new compliance rules on January 1, 2016 required by the Affordable Care Act will have small companies scrambling to provide benefits that in the past were more affordable and easier to manager. Elizabeth Purdy-Bergin will highlight critical changes in the individual market and review some key facts about availability for small employers. And, Ben Patterson Ben will take a look at this issue from an “employer’s perspective”. This special Brown Bag Luncheon will provide chamber members with valuable information in the ongoing sea of change brought about ACA.
