Chamber Board makes changes in ranks

Our dedicated board members give their time and commitment to the success of businesses in Richardson. Sometimes businesses and people make changes.The nominating committee works to keep a representation across industries, size of companies, gender and those who live/work in Richardson. We thank some exiting board members and urge you to welcome our new representatives.

On the elected board, our new members include:

Randy Ford from National Write Your Congressman is a tri-chair of the Public Policy Committee

Monica Scott from Logotology is a graduate of Leadership Richardson and on the board of RISD’s Excellence in Education and Network of Community Ministries

Bill Schaid represents the Kiwanis Club and is a long-time and frequent ambassador of the year
On the advisory board, replacing our new elected representatives, includes:

Taiwan Brown, RealPage, is VP of inclusion & community engagement. She is in the current class of Leadership Richardson and was executive sponsor for RealPage’s United Way campaign.

Rachel Koster Boelter is a VP at Hudson Peters Commercial, a tri-chair of Richardson Young Professionals and in the current class of Leadership Richardson.

Alicia Makaye, Ph.D. is co-founder of GXA Network Solutions and has been a tri-chair of the HR Committee, judge for Tech Titans awards and 2018 alumnus of the year for UT Dallas Public Policy.

Kortney Gibson is a partner at BAL Global (Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP) in their immigration practice.
Stepping up to the executive committee as vice chair of business services, Jan Arrant is the director of community and public relations at Methodist Richardson Medical Center and is a graduate of Leadership Richardson.
