In her current role\, she provides leadership\, vision\, and advocacy as RealPage strives to create a more inclusive work environment and become recognized as a community leader in philanthropic activities. \n\n\n\nPrior to this\, she was Senior Director\, Organizational Development & Learning at RealPage where she partnered with leaders at all levels to deliver business results by maximizing the ability of the talent in the organization. She spearheaded key talent initiatives focused on high-impact training\, innovative leadership development programs and employee engagement.\n\n\n\nTaiwan is passionate about serving and helping others and is a mentor and leader at RealPage and in the community. She has been an active member in many professional and community organizations including Menttium\, the Alliance of Technology & Women\, and the National Society of Black Engineers. In November 2018\, she served as an Executive sponsor for RealPage's United Way campaign and helped raise over $537K from employee contributions. She is currently participating in Leadership Richardson\, serving on the STEAM Advisory Council at Fellowship Christian Academy\, and co-leading the Thrive Marriage Ministry at Concord Church. \n\n\n\nA proud wife and mother of two\, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Taiwan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. \n\n .
