These mistakes sometimes stem from being hardwired differently from men. Since most corporations are male-designed environments\, it's vital to be mindful of how to women can hold onto their authenticity\, yet not be rigid. So let's learn to limit our political blind spots and land mines\, gender-based language and behavior patterns that create unfair corporate "buzz" labels and distorted perceptions. It is up to conscious women to cut through anger\, to foster open dialogue about how their behavioral patterns come across to men\, and to correct misunderstandings about different traits.
