She'll offer practical strategies to help individuals navigate self-doubt and empower leaders to cultivate workplace cultures of belonging - fostering resilience\, confidence and professional success.\n\n\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\nErica Baker is a driven marketing and advertising leader with a proven track record of success for national and international brands. Her experience spans diverse verticals\, including automotive (Toyota Motor North America)\, food and beverage (La Madeleine\, Nothing Bundt Cakes)\, health & insurance (Stryker\, Trupanion)\, and numerous education brands. This breadth of experience allows her to bring a nuanced understanding of various verticals and markets to her work.\n\n \n\nA partner at Firehouse for the past two years\, Erica has risen through the ranks over twelve years\, demonstrating her commitment and expertise.  She currently leads the agency's DEIB (Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging) initiatives\, spearheads new business development\, and manages account management training. Her leadership extends beyond client work\, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment within the agency.\n\n \n\nPrior to Firehouse\, Erica honed her skills in the non-profit arts sector\, working with prominent organizations such as the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Texas Ballet Theater. Substitutions will be accepted until noon the day of.  Walk-in attendees will be seated based on space availability.
